Return Policy for Premier Watch and Accessories

We will gladly refund any defective product within 30 days and exchange any unwanted products, within 10 days of arrival.

We require the following information to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return.

  • RMA number
  • Full name and address
  • Phone number
  • E-mail address
  • Packing slip
  • Original Order Confirmation Number
  • Your reason for returning the merchandise

Here are the options:

  • Write us an email at support@premierwatchonline.com stating the problem.
  • Let us know whether it is a refund, exchange, or repair under the manufacturer’s warranty. Please, provide your order number, and approximate date of purchase.
  • You will receive a RMA number in the email. Please, enclose this number in the package when you send it to us. We will as well provide the address where you should send the item you want refunded, exchanged or repaired.

Note:

  • All links must be shipped with each watch returned. If any links are missing, your watch will not be refunded/exchanged.
  • For refunds, there is a $10 re-stocking fee to cover shipping and handling.
  • For refunds, the product must be in the EXACT same condition you received it in.
  • You may return any unopened fragrance in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping.
  • We charge a 20% restocking fee for any fragrance not returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.
  • Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare, Haircare, or Makeup items due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.  
 

There is a 30-DAY WARRANTY on the watches, for manufacturers' defects ONLY. This does not cover damage due to wear and tear and water damage. We have a very sharp-eyed returns examination department, so we can easily determine manufacturers' defects from wear and tear .

  • All returns must be insured - we are not responsible for watches damaged/lost in mail when you ship them back to us.

All returns must be shipped back to Premier Watch using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation)  
 
Any package that has not been received by Premier Watch and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.  
 
**Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange.  
 
If your package is returned to Premierwatchonline.com marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a $5.95 re-shipping fee.
